These terms of use ("Terms of Use") govern the use of Rainfall websites and associated mobile or digital versions (together the "Website(s)") by natural or legal persons visiting, linking to or using in any way the Website(s) (the "Users"). The Website(s) are owned and edited by Rainfall.

4. Submissions and unsolicited communications

This section concerns communications sent to Rainfall. It does not concern the communication of personal information to Rainfall in relation to User enquiries through the Website(s), which are governed by our Rainfall Website Privacy Policy.

Any unsolicited communication or material transmitted by the User to Rainfall via the Website(s) or through social media, by electronic mail or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any data, questions or answers, comments, suggestions, or the like will be treated as non-confidential by Rainfall. Rainfall is well-known for its products and services in the fields of data, artificial intelligence and blockchain. As a result, Rainfall cannot agree to or accept to be the receiver of unsolicited proposals of collaboration from any User. Indeed, it is conceivable that Rainfall may already be working on similar ideas, inventions and/or creations. Consequently, Users are advised that Rainfall is not interested in receiving ideas or other proposals relating to creations or inventions they may wish to submit.

5. Limitation of liability

Rainfall tries to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. However, Rainfall does not warrant or represent that Rainfall's Material is accurate, error-free or reliable or that use of Rainfall Material will not infringe rights of third parties.
